Frequently asked questions
When will I get paid?
In-store sale: within 2 business days. Online sale: we wait for the buyer’s statutory 14-day return period to end, so payout comes about 16–18 days after the sale. You’ll see the payout date in the status.
What do I need to bring?
The device, charger or cable (if you have one) and your ID. The device must be signed out of iCloud with “Find My” turned off. We’ll help you do it on site.
The listing is live but I still have the phone. What next?
Such a listing is marked “with owner” and can only be reserved. When someone reserves it, we’ll let you know and you have 72 hours to bring the device. If you don’t bring it within 14 days of publication, the listing is switched off.
How long is the agreement?
60 days. If the device doesn’t sell within 21 days, we’ll suggest a price adjustment. The decision is always yours.
Can I withdraw my device?
Yes, free of charge, until it’s reserved or sold. After the agreement ends, please collect it within 14 days.
Who is responsible to the buyer?
APPTRADE. The buyer gets a receipt and the store’s warranty, so we inspect every device on intake and describe it honestly. You sign that you have disclosed any defects you know of.
How much does listing cost?
Nothing. Photos, description, diagnostics and publishing are free. You only pay a commission after the sale: 300 zł for devices from 1 500 zł or 20% (min. 80 zł) for cheaper ones.
