In Poland you order directly on the website. For now we take orders from abroad by message — the checkout only accepts addresses in Poland.
How to order from abroad, step by step
- Choose a product on apptrade.pl and copy its link (or tell us the model, colour and storage).
- Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram (+48 537 922 940) or by e-mail at apptradepl@gmail.com. Include your country, city and postcode.
- We confirm availability, the price, the delivery cost and the payment method.
- Pay in advance — once your payment arrives, we send the parcel and give you the tracking number.

We ship with InPost, DPD and DHL. We choose the carrier for your country and the type of parcel, so your order arrives quickly and safely. Every order is packed with care.
What we can ship
- new and used iPhones — including iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max and used iPhones with a warranty;
- MacBook, iPad, AirPods and Apple Watch;
- Ray-Ban Meta glasses;
- DJI drones and cameras;
- accessories: screen protectors, cases, cables and chargers.
Devices with built-in batteries (phones, laptops, glasses, drones) are shipped under the carriers’ rules. We send spare batteries, for example for drones, abroad only where the carrier allows it — ask before you order.
Customs and taxes
- Within the European Union there are no customs duties or customs checks — a parcel from Poland travels like a domestic one.
- Outside the EU (for example the UK, Switzerland, Norway or the USA) the recipient may pay customs duty and import tax under the rules of their country. We agree the details before dispatch.
Warranty and returns
The warranty is the same as when you buy in our store: 12 months on new devices and 3 months on used ones. If something breaks, message us and we will arrange how to send the device to our service centre in Warsaw. The warranty does not exclude or limit your statutory consumer rights. Consumers in the EU can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days — see our refund policy.
